CNA Hybrid 6 Week Class Enrollment

Course Details

Course Name: 6 Week Hybrid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Follow this process:

Step 1: Confirm with the school that there are seats available for your session. Phone 803-814-0033 or email first!

Step 2: Complete SLED Check Application & Seat Deposit and Pay Fee of $155.00

Step 3: The staff will inform you in writing of acceptance or denial, and the next steps. 

Class Prices
$1800.00 plus fees

Admission Note: Level Up Healthcare Academy reserves the right to accept or reject all applicants. If an applicant does not meet admission requirements, or is rejected for training, the applicant will be notified in writing, and all previous obligations within this contract will be void. Admission is at the discretion of the director. All monies paid by the applicant will be refunded according to the refund policy within 40 days. I further understand that the deposit holds my seat only until such time a decision is made by the director, and I will be notified asap within 7 days in writing of their decision.

Please Note: If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule for a different session, subject to availability. However, please be aware that no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
