These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your participation in online and in-person purchases and events. Events may include but are not limited to all courses, classes, workshops, sessions, and testing events both written and skills exams. Please read these terms carefully before engaging in any manner with Level Up Healthcare Academy, LLC. These terms apply to purchases whether online or in-person, as well as registering for or attending any Level Up Healthcare Academy Event. Level Up Healthcare Academy, LLC will henceforth be referenced as Level Up , and maintains the same authority as Level Up Healthcare Academy, LLC.
Event Registration
To attend a Level Up event, you must register through the official registration process.
Registration may be subject to approval, and Level Up reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its sole discretion.
Code of Conduct
Participants must adhere to the Level Up Code of Conduct, as identified in these terms of service. Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards other participants, attendees, speakers, sponsors, and Level Up owners, staff and agents. In addition, participants are expected to abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws and the rules and policies of the venue or meeting platform. Under no circumstances are weapons allowed on the premises of Level Up Healthcare Academy.
Harassment or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Level Up reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in such conduct without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, the misuse of any chat function available for the event.
Participants must respect the confidentiality and privacy of others. Participants must obtain explicit consent before sharing personal information or publishing any content, including photographs or recordings, that may identify or infringe upon the privacy of other participants, attendees, speakers, sponsors, and Level Up staff.
Event Content
All event materials, presentations, and content are the property of Level Up and/or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use event content without the express written consent of Level Up.
Photography and Recording
Photography and recording of any kind (audio, video, or other) are prohibited without prior written consent from Level Up. Level Up may capture photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, participants grant Level Up the right to use their likeness in event-related materials.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Some Level Up events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted. For paid events, cancellations made by participants will be subject to rescheduling or funds applied towards other services or events. Level Up reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events. In these cases, Level Up will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance.
Privacy Policy

Level Up may share participant information with event sponsors for marketing purposes if participants opt-in during the registration process.
Accessibility
Level Up is committed to providing accessible events for all participants. If you require accommodations to fully participate in the event, please contact staff at info@leveluphca.com or 803-814-0033 at least ten (10) business days prior to the event, if possible, and otherwise as soon as possible. Level Up will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility requests, but it is essential to notify Level Up in advance to ensure adequate preparations can be made.
The event venue will be selected, whenever possible, based on its accessibility for individuals with disabilities. If you encounter any accessibility issues during the event, please notify Level Up immediately. Level Up will provide accessible materials and presentations, but if you require additional assistance or alternative formats, please inform Level Up in advance. In the virtual event space, Level Up will strive to utilize platforms and technologies that support accessibility features. If you encounter any challenges, please contact Level Up for assistance. Level Up welcomes feedback on how to improve the accessibility of its events. Level Up makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of event content.
Level Up is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
Event content providers, speakers and examiners are not necessarily Level Up members or employees. As such, the opinions in the content and actions expressed during interaction with the public are solely of that individual and do not reflect the opinions and beliefs of Level Up or its affiliates.
Level Up reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in Level Up events constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Consequences
Any individual requested to stop any unacceptable or inappropriate behavior is expected to comply immediately, whether requested by Level Up staff, venue staff, or other participants whether online virtually or in-person. At any Level Up event or meeting, Level Up leaders or staff (or their designee) may take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including the removal of a participant for any unacceptable behavior as described herein. If the behavior occurs during a virtual event, Level Up will take appropriate action, which may include deleting a post or comment, blocking a participant and severing communication with the blocked user.
Any unacceptable behavior may also be remedied by Level Up in a manner reasonably believed to eliminate the possibility of the behavior happening again, including, but not limited to, future curtailment of the violator’s rights to participate at events, as well as suspension/termination of membership.
Reporting Unacceptable Behavior
Any member or participant that is the subject of unacceptable behavior or witnesses any such behavior, please immediately notify contact us at info@leveluphca.com or 803-814-0033 so that appropriate action can be taken. Any member or participant experiencing or witnessing behavior that at any time in their judgment constitutes an emergent, immediate or serious threat to public safety is advised to contact 911 immediately.
Hold Harmless Agreement
Level Up Healthcare Academy, LLC and participant hereby acknowledge that there is a reasonable risk of accident or injury associated with the use of equipment and other aspects of participating in an event including, but not limited to, any activity whether online or in-person involving indirect or direct contact with Level Up owners, staff, affiliates, patients or residents at a clinical or testing site.
Participant does hereby waive, release, indemnify and discharge Level Up Healthcare Academy, LLC its proprietor and staff, and assigns of any and all liability and all claims for damages death, personal injury, or property damage which may or here after incurring to me as a result of participation in the activity/event whether or not cause is by negligence or fault of Level Up Healthcare Academy or its associated program participants.
Knowing risk exists, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and to hold harmless all persons or agencies mentioned above whom might otherwise be liable to me or my heirs or assigned for damages. I further understand and agree that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk are binding on my heirs and assigns.
In addition, I give permission to receive, if necessary, emergency services by authorized personnel and any cost incurred because of such medical treatment will be my responsibility.
Consent Agreement
By registering for or attending a Level Up event, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in Level Up events.

Students must be at least 16 yr. old, have proof of immunizations, drug testing and background checks. Students must also adhere to all program rules, including attending all classes and clinical. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in dismissal from the program. The public expects and deserves highly qualified professional nurse aides to care for them and their families!
