Cancellation & Class Changes

PCA, CPR, and skills refresher courses use simple course registration. The Accelerated CNA seat deposit, enrollment checklist, and 100-hour refund examples do not apply to these registrations.

To request a cancellation or class-date change, contact programs@leveluphca.com with your name, program, and scheduled date, if assigned. Ask about any course-specific terms before purchasing. A requested date change is subject to academy confirmation and availability.

Applicable state cancellation and refund rights still apply and take precedence over conflicting course terms. Review those rights →
