Position Overview:

Are you passionate about social media and eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization? As a Social Media Intern at Levelup Healthcare Academy, you will have the opportunity to shape our online presence, create engaging content, and interact with a vibrant community of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Research current social media trends and audience preferences to optimize our content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media content and campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table for social media growth and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
