Cancellation/Refund Policy

Enrolled students may cancel this agreement without penalty by notifying the school within three business days after signing this Agreement. After the third day, but before classes begin, the school may retain $100. After classes begin, for the first 60 percent of the course, the school may retain $100 plus a pro-rata tuition charge based on the last date attended, rounded downward to the nearest 10 percent of that period. Thereafter the institution may charge for the entire course. The Institution will make refunds within 40 days after the effective date of cancellation, or the last date attended.

Example:

Student attended 10 hours of a 100-clock hour course; course charge was $1700 100-10= 90 hours not completed 90)100=.90, or 90% of course not completed .90 X $1,700 = $1530 – $100 administrative fee= $1,430 refund due student

 

Refund table for $1000, 100-hour course, 3.75 hours per day:

*Any holder (lender) of a consumer credit contract(promissory note) resulting from the enrollment of the student at the institution is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor/student could assert against that institution. Recovery shall not exceed the amounts paid by or on the behalf of the debtor/student.

Admission & Enrollment Requirements

Students must be at least 16 yr. old, have proof of immunizations, drug testing and background checks. Students must also adhere to all program rules, including attending all classes and clinical. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in dismissal from the program. The public expects and deserves highly qualified professional nurse aides to care for them and their families!
